The Kirkstall Art Trail postcard gallery is returning for 2026 — and we need photos from anyone who took part, whether as a visitor, artist, volunteer, or host.
Hundreds of you visit Kirkstall Art Trail each year, catching moments we might have missed, and that’s exactly why your view of the trail matters so much. We can take our own photos, but it’s your unique angles that give the gallery its full picture and bring the whole thing to life.
We’ve already spotted so many brilliant posts on social media, so we know there’s plenty to choose from – why not share yours with us?
Upload your images using the form below.
Terms and Conditions
- By submitting your photos, you confirm that you took the photo yourself (or otherwise own the rights to it) and that you have permission to share it with us.
- Photos may include other people who were present at the Art Trail in a public setting. Kirkstall Art Trail relies on our published event photography notice, displayed at each venue, to inform attendees that photography may take place and be used publicly.
- If your photo has a child under 16 as its main subject, please only submit it if you are their parent or guardian, or have their explicit permission – in line with our approach to event photography generally.
- By submitting your photos, you enter into an agreement that:
- they can be used to help visually document the 2026 Art Trail.
- we can use them for relevant promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, printed publicity, and in reports to our funders and partner organisations.
- without payment to you.
- without seeking your further approval.
- This licence is non-exclusive and granted to Kirkstall Art Trail for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including ongoing promotional and archival use. You retain ownership and copyright of your photos.
- We may store your photo in a digital format for these purposes. Details of how we handle and retain personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
- By submitting your photo, you consent to Kirkstall Art Trail processing your personal data for the purpose of ‘sharing your photos from 2026,’ as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You can withdraw your consent for us to use your photos at any time by emailing info@kirkstallarttrail.co.uk. Withdrawal will apply to future use; we may not be able to remove copies already printed, distributed, or shared by others (for example, on social media) before your request.
