About the 2026 Fashion Show

Designers were tasked with creating new outfits using pre-existing textiles and garments. New for the 2026 Fashion Show was the theme of ‘Dreamscape’, chosen by the designers of 2025, many of whom returned for the 2026 catwalk. An improvement in the weather, after last year’s torrential rain, saw a packed audience watch the models walk the nave of Kirkstall Abbey Church. The show opened with a dancer and Barbarian Jazz drummer, with a DJ and compere providing the background throughout.
